This standard bore shower hose is designed for flowing water for showering or similar.
For use with douche spray, an isolation valve should be installed and turned off when not in use to avoid pressure building up in the hose which could result in the hose bursting.
This product is not designed for mains pressure and should not be used on mains water pressure or equivalent.
